  • Per Active's Refund Protection Plan (RPP) Policy, it is important you read and understand the following if:

    1. You have purchased their Refund Protection Plan

    2. You are going to transfer camp events or request a credit.

    ACTIVE Refund purchases may not be transferred to other registrations.

    ACTIVE Refund purchases are void, and shall not entitle the Payor to a refund of the ACTIVE Refund fee or the associated activity registration fees if the activity registration is transferred to a new individual.

Depending on camp you want to transfer into, there may be in increase in tuition and a possible transfer fee, which you will be responsible for paying. If you are requesting a transfer into an event with a lower tuition, Per our policy, Showball will not issue refunds for the difference in tuition price.
