GLOW Therapist Retreat
Therapist Retreat Participation Agreement Nature of Services Provided:
We are happy to have you participate in this Therapist Retreat taking Place In Paris, June 7th to 14th, 2026
Wellness Counseling Inc. is excited to offer this wonderful destination workshop to mental health providers of all different specialties and backgrounds. This retreat is offering up to 30 CEs. It is responsibility of the participant to verify CEs that are being provided and verify with their licensing board if they are CEs provided are appropriate for their license.
While we are licensed mental health practice providers, this therapist Retreat experience is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, nor is participation intended as health care of any kind. In addition, your participation in this therapist retreat is not intended to diagnose or treat any physical or mental illness, dysfunction or condition, nor should these activities be considered a substitute for any healthcare services. If you experience a mental, emotional, or physical condition that requires the care of a healthcare provider, we will be happy to help you to find appropriate referral resources.
Professional Privacy:
We strive to keep information about you private at all times. However, the legal rules of confidentiality for healthcare information will not apply. In addition, we cannot create a clinician/client relationship and the rules of privilege will not apply.
Financial Requirements:
$500 USD Non-Refundable Deposit Required to Secure Spot
Remaining Balance after Deposit and all applicable discounts are applied will be devided equally depending on number of months left to pay the balance in full. Details of payment arragment will be emailed to attendee.
Discounts Available: $300 of you Identify as being part of a Marginalized Group or have attended a past event with Wellness Counsleing Inc.
Early Registration Discount until May 31, 2025 $200 off *Discounts can't be combined*
$600 off if you are a Practicum Facilitator
Total Cost: $2,000 USD for N.E.S.T Training - Dr. Sandra Paulsen and other continuing education credits, Daily Lunch During the Trainings, Wellness Activity/Workshopm optional group excursion (River Cruise).
If you will have a non-CE Guest attending with you and if they would like to attend the Lunches during the training Days, Wellness Activities/Workshops and Group Excursion (River Cruise) their Cost is $800 USD
Payments will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month or you can also pay upon receiving invoice from Wellness Counseling Inc.
If Paying in Full - $500 Automatically becomes non-Refundable
Cancelation Policy:
$500 USD Deposit is non-refundable
50% Refund (of total cost of retreat) if Canceled 60+ days before Start of Retreat,
25% Refund (of total cost of the retreat) if Canceled 30+ days before start of Retreat
No refund if canceled 29 days or less before the retreat
Option to re-schedule your attendance may be provided and considered if balance has been paid in full.
If attendee cancels they are still responsble to pay what the remaining balance is (if they are on a monthly payment plan) to be able to receive the appropriate refund.
If the program must be canceled on the part of Wellness Counseling Inc. for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued. In this case, Wellness Counseling Inc. holds no financial responsibility for changes to airfare and other miscellaneous charges.

Remaining balance is due by March 1st, 2026
Terms and Conditions:
• There are no known conflicts of interest for this training.
• Wellness Counseling Inc. has no part in the financial agreement between you, the participant, and the hotel.
• Grievances: All grievances must be in writing to admin@wellnesscounselinginc.com and will be replied to within 5 - 10 business days.
• This venue is located outside of the United States and may not meet the United States ADA standard.
• Audio and/or visual recording of the training is prohibited.
Acceptance of Risk and Waiver of Liability
I hereby agree to the following:
I am voluntarily consenting to my participation in this Therapist Retreat in Paris, France and activities with Wellness Counseling Inc. My participation in this Therapist Retreat activities and classes/workshops/trainings/experiential activities is with full understanding and acceptance of the following information:
Any physical activity contains some risk of injury, even serious injury or death. This is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. Your participation in the Therapist Retreat activities may not be recommended for you and may not be safe under certain medical conditions. It is your sole obligation to obtain appropriate medical advice regarding your individual health condition before deciding what level of physical activity is appropriate for yourself.
By consenting to participate the therapist retreat you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wellness Counseling Inc. its affiliates, contractors, and partners of any and all type, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, proprietors, partners, shareholders, principals, agents, predecessors, successors, assigns, accountants, and attorneys from and against any and all injury or other loss, including death, which may in any way arise from the services performed by Wellness Counseling Inc. including any willful misconduct or gross negligence. I agree to voluntarily consent to my participation in the Therapist Retreat activities offered by Wellness Counseling Inc. I accept all risks of such participation, and hereby waive any and all claims against Wellness Counseling Inc. arising from my/our participation.
If at any time during the activities I feel discomfort or pain, I will inform and seek assistance from the teacher. I may rest at any time during the retreat and I will listen to my body and respect its limits on any given day.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activity program. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in fitness classes or workshops.
I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class. I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, are liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from my participation in this reatreat.
Exclusion of Participation: In the unfortunate circumstance, if a guest conceals physical and/or health issues, is unfit, and/or causes disruptions that endanger the provision of the service and/or the health of other participants,facilitators, or equipment the guest can be excluded from the participation of the Retreat after an initial warning. If the situation arises, the contract will be terminated without further notice, already paid costs are non-refundable and incurring costs are to be paid by the guest.
Consent for Photography/Video
I authorize Wellness Counseling Inc.to make still photographic and/or video recordings of my participation in Therapist Retreat activities. I understand that I am in no way required to grant this authorization, and that I may revoke this authorization at any time by giving written notice to Wellness Counseling Inc. The recordings/photography of my participation may be used for marketing, advertising, and educational purposes.
By signing this document, you are attesting that you have received, read, fully understand to the information above, and that you are consenting to participate in the GLOW Therapist Retreat with Wellness Counseling Inc.
Travel Insurance:
All Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are required to have travel insurance if attending a retreat and provide/submit proof of travel insurance to Wellness Counseling Inc.
Solicitation:
Wellness Counseling Inc. asks that there be no solicitation (written or verbal) or self-promotion during a retreat other than approved materials that have been discussed and approved by Wellness Counseling Inc. Requests or Materials should be submitted to the Wellness Counseling Inc., preferably before the retreat, for approval. This applies to all staff, volunteers, participants, and guests of Wellness Counseling Inc. Events or Retreats, for the entire duration of the retreat. Persons or businesses donating items or services for the gift bags may have their business card or brochure attached to the item. The items should be submitted and approved by Wellness Counseling Inc., preferably in advance of the event or retreat. This applies to all persons or businesses donating items to be distributed at the retreat, including all those present at the event or retreat.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests acknowledges and agrees that Wellness Counseling Inc, services, and any logos, designs, text, graphics, software, content, files, materials, and any other intellectual property rights contained, including without limitation, any copyrights, patents, trademarks, proprietary or other rights arising thereof, are owned by Wellness Counseling Inc. or its affiliates, licensors, or suppliers. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests acknowledges and agrees that the source and object code of the Website and the format, directories, queries, algorithms, structure, and organization of the same are the intellectual property, proprietary, and confidential information of Wellness Counseling Inc. and its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests expressly agrees not to do anything inconsistent with Wellness Counseling Inc. ownership of all of the intellectual property discussed. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests further agrees that there are no rights, title, or interest in or to any of the Wellness Counseling Inc. Intellectual property. In addition, staff, volunteers, participants, and guests is not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights of Wellness Counseling Inc. or any third party.
RESTRICTIONS:
All Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from selling or reselling Guest's space in the Retreat/Event. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from reselling event/retreat materials. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from retrieving other's contact information or people at event or in Wellness Counseling Inc. contacts/communication for solicitation. Additionally, when attending Wellness Counseling Inc. Events or Retreats if you post on social media or share your experience or attendance do not share in a manner that may portray that the event or retreat is your event or retreat, do tag or mention Wellness Counseling Inc. if applicable. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from audio/video recording trainings, presentations, workshops at retreats or events unless approval has been provided by Wellness Counseling Inc.
