Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor, and that you get the extra 10% on your sold items if you help at the sale. Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

Dropping Off Tagged Items

Thursday June 12th by appointment ONLY

Select a Drop Off time that works with your schedule. Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off.  Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor.  Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue. (We have a limited number of racks for consignors to use).  Plan to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or up to 20 minutes after. Arriving too early or too late may result in delayed entry or cancellation of your appointment.

Team Member/Helper & Consignor Presale Days

It takes a village (or a community) and we need YOU, because without you there would be no JBF Charleston North!

Just Between Friends Charleston North is staffed by local parents, teens and grandparents (and aunts, uncles, caregivers, and friends) just like YOU!

If you want to maximize your earnings and shop BEFORE we open to the public, OR If you are interested in a part time job, without any long-term commitment, we invite you to join our JBF Charleston North Team!

There are THREE ways to help:

1. Consignor Team Member-

• Team Members contribute directly to the sale of their items.
  • Shifts that include task like setting up, inspection, organizing, sorting and breakdown
  • Shifts are 8 hours
  • Consignors earn an additional 10% on all sold items + shop EARLY 2x.

*** Select and Help out with the Sort/Breakdown Shift, and you will get to SHOP items marked Reduced or Reduced & Donate for 75% OFF during the Shift!

2. Community Team Member-

• Members of the community that choose to give a helping hand and contribute their time to help out with the sale.  
  • Shifts include task like setting up, inspection, organizing, sorting, and breakdown. 
  • Shifts are 4, 6, or 8 hours
  • Earn a SHOPPING SPREE on us + shop EARLY. 
    • Earn $30 in JBFBucks per every 4 hour shift completed
    • Earn$50 in JBFBucks per every 6 hour shift completed
    • Earn $70 in JBFBucks per every 8 hour shift completed. 

*** JBFBucks will be issued as a JBF Charleston North Gift Certificate and can be saved for future JBF Charleston North events! 

*** Select and Help out with a Sort/Breakdown Shift, and you will get to SHOP items marked Reduced or Reduced & Donate for 75% OFF  during the shift!

3. Retail Sales Specialists (RSS)- Cashier

• Cashier (RSS) positions are paid hourly and are a 1099 Employed position. This position is a perfect part-time, flexible employment opportunity. 
  • Shifts are 4 hours
  • Earn a paycheck
  • Shop EARLY, make friends, and make this community event MAGICAL!
  • Pay is $12 per hour. Pay checks will be issued within 10 days after the completion of the sale.

Presale-  Friday, June 13, 2025

• Team Members/Helpers- Start at 9:30 am
• Consignors- Start at 10:00 am

Half Price Presale- Saturday, June 14, 2025

• Team Members/Helpers- Start at 3:00 pm
• Consignors- Start at 3:30 pm

Picking Up Unsold Items

Item Pick Up will be Monday, June 16th, 2025

We have relationships with local non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

If you chose to mark ALL of your item tags to DONATE when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set!

If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

**Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

 

As a THANK YOU for donating ALL your unsold items to our Charity Partner after the sale, we waive your Consignor Fee!
