DRESS CODE

In order to maintain a good testimony and to respect both the church we are using and those around us, camp dress code is as follows.

While our primary focus is not the clothes, we do believe it is important to honor others and to respect rules that are in place. Please keep the standards outlined below in mind and pack accordingly.

*No sleeve-less shirts.

*All shorts must have at least a 5" in-seam.

*All skirts must be to the knee.

*Casual attire is appropriate for the duration of camp.

Metamora Church of God Liability Waiver

FUGEN 2025

In order to protect our church body, all individuals attending functions on our property must have the consent box checked by a parent/legal guardian prior to participating in any activity on our property.
By checking this box and typing my name, I hereby release Metamora Church of God from any liability in the event of an accident, injury, or illness that could occur to the individual name on this RSVP form for the dates July 17 to 20, 2025, while engaging in activity on the property. I understand that any accident, injury, or illness will be my total financial responsibility.
