VBS 2022 Registration

Your child is invited to Calvary Baptist Church's VBS 2025, held June 16th - 20th! This event is FREE and will run from 9am until noon. Children ages 6-11 are eligible to attend. Please fill out 1 form per child.

We do take photos during our events for advertisement and sharing on our Facebook page or website occasionally. No personal information is ever given, but if you have a concern about this aspect please mention it in the "Allergies, Avoidances, or Other Concerns" section below.
