Our need-based scholarship program, which is made possible with support from Volo Foundation, aims to democratize access to health-changing experiences and knowledge, regardless of financial circumstances.

If you are a full-time, in-person student at an accredited high school, college, graduate or professional program, please first consider our student discount. We offer full-time students a discounted Student 3-Day Badge for just $300, a 70% discount. Other applicants should continue below.

Both Scholarship 3-Day and Student 3-Day badges are identical to Standard 3-Day badges, except that advance scheduling of Grand Ballroom headliner sessions is not available.

This application does not require the submission of any financial information, though we may follow up for a phone or email interview. We trust in your truthfulness when providing information about your ability to pay. We may in our sole judgment approve or deny your application and determine the amount of any scholarship awarded.

We are prioritizing first-time applicants in 2025, so recipients of previous scholarships will be placed on a waitlist and admitted as availability allows.
