We trust our volunteers implicitly and rely on you to help make our event a success. We're also happy to provide you with a 1-day badge — a $400+ value — as a token of our thanks. Because volunteering represents a commitment, we collect a $20 volunteer fee with your application. We will refund this fee if you are not accepted as a volunteer.

If you do not complete your work requirement and do not have a valid excuse, we will not issue your 1-day badge. If have already used your complimentary 1-day badge and and do not complete your shifts (for example, if you have a Friday 1-day badge and agree to work Saturday and Sunday), you will be charged the $400 retail price for your badge.
