Due to the natural of our role within the organisation, we will be dealing with some highly sensitive situations and very challenging circumstances that will require our staff or volunteers to remain professional at all times and not discuss any of our families cases outside of the workplace. We will require all volunteers or staff members to have an Enhanced DBS check, prior joining the team. At Rebuilding Families its important for us to ensure the mental wellbeing for any staff or volunteer that join's us at all times. We want to create an enviromental that staff or volunteers feel welcome and able to approach management with ease to share any worries you may have, and we can resolve them as a team. One of the things we know that will help to support a smooth journey whilst with us, is to create a work lifestyle balance. So, to help us understand your day to day commitments you need to make sure takes priority, how can you ensure that you keep this healthy balance?
