I understand that timing of heat cycles as well as successful pregnancies are uncontrolled. We do our best to give a timeframe, but it is not guaranteed.

I understand if less puppies are born than needed to accommodate my pick spot, this fee will be transferred to the next litter of the same breed. This will NOT count as my allowable one time transfer.

I understand that I must pick up my puppy on go home day/delivery day, or there will be a $50/night boarding fee. If my puppy is not paid for and picked up within 7 days of it’s go home day, I will forfeit my reservation fee, along with any rights to the puppy and will not receive any type of refund. At this time, DM Hilltop reserves the right to place the puppy with another family.

I understand I am to pay for the balance of my puppy in cash on pick up day. If my puppy is being transported/delivered, the remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the puppy leaving. The puppy will not be delivered if the payment has not yet been cleared.

I understand that the puppy is not to be rehomed, resold or given away. Puppy is to be returned to DM Hilltop FURfamily, UNLESS written consent for other arrangements have been made.

This will not be count towards my one time allowable one time transfer.
