• Book Cover Inquiry

    Hello!! Thank you for choosing to work with me, I've created this submission form to help make the process easier and to keep everything organized for both of us. If you don't have an answer to any of the questions, feel free to leave them blank. There are 22 questions. (I did my best to make this as easy and as less scary as possible lol, feedback is always welcomed! :))

  • Terms

    • Payment terms include a 50% upfront payment before the design begins, with the remaining 50% due upon receiving the final piece.
    • I accept payment via Venmo, Zelle and Paypal.
    • My illustration process is divided into two key phases, with a limit of 3 revision rounds per phase:

    • Phase 1 – Sketch
      This is the stage for major structural changes. Please make any requests for character poses, expression changes, hairstyles, outfit adjustments or other redraw-related edits.
      *All redraw requests should please be made during this phase.

    • Phase 2 – Clean-Up & Color
      At this stage, I finalize the linework and apply color, texture, and patterns. Revisions here can include Color, texture or pattern changes.
      *Redraws are no longer included at this phase. Redraws requested during this stage will incur a $25 fee.

    • Why the Limits?
      Even small edits can take a while, especially when re-rendering or refining polished work. Limiting revisions helps me manage time fairly across all clients and maintain quality and timely deliveries.
    • My working timeline can go from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on consistent communication from the client (if you want rush work let me know, this will affect the total cost). 

    Artificial Intelligence - Clients should be rest asured that all work is 100% done by me and no step involves the use of Artificial Intelligence systems or tools.

    Artist Attribution/Credit - Artist may include a small attribution credit on the back cover. Final placement and appearance will be mutually approved by both Client and Artist.

    Commercial Use License - All cover artwork includes a standard commercial-use license, allowing the client to use the completed cover for book publication, marketing, advertising, websites, and promotional materials. Rights to edit out and use character art outside of the context of the cover (future books, merchandise, branding, etc.) require a separate license.

    Deliverables - Final deliverable includes only the completed artwork. Preliminary sketches, color variants, or exploratory drafts are not included in the final price.
