TERMS & CONDITIONS
By acknowledging below and applying to be involved in the Albion Craft Fair you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
Acceptance:
Submitting an application is not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed and acceptance will be made based on a number of factors including variety, quality, etc. The event has the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category. Only accepted vendors will be notified via email.
Payment:
The cost of the Albion Craft Fair varies between $60-$75 based upon your selection. If accepted, full payment will be required. Vendors are required to provide payment by etransfer. If payment is not received by 24 hours, the spot will be immediately given to the next person on the wait list
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation by vendor is received after September 15, there is no refund. If the event needs to be cancelled by organizers, vendors will receive a refund in a timely manner
Assignment and Use of Space:
1 chair will be provided. Table will be provided if you chose "Rental' as an option, otherwise vendor is responsible for bringing their own. Vendor must supply table covering.
Table must not be vacated before the stated closing time of the event
Facility Rules:
I must not injure, deface or use any prohibited substance (e.g. double-sided tape) on the walls or floors of the building, the booths or the equipment of the booths. If such damage appears, I agree to be liable to the owner of the property so damaged.
Nothing may be pinned, nailed, stapled, or taped to any wall, ceiling, floor or column.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for all participants. Abuse, threats, harassment, or rude behavior towards organizers, vendors, or attendees will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such conduct will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be barred from future participation.
I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY ALBION CRAFT FAIR FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR EXPENSE TO ANY THIRD PARTY, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE VENDING AREA. BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.
