Each Booking Includes:

- Same Day Delivery and Pick-up*

- Rental of the Portable Freezer
- 1 Power Cord (6")
- 3 White Wire Baskets
*A delivery and pick-up fee will be charged on rentals outside of Calgary/Edmonton city limits

Booking Agreement

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel your order, you may do so without any penalties up until two weeks prior to your event. If you have booked with less than one weeks notice your order is not refundable, however a store credit will be given with one weeks notice of date change or cancellation.

Equipment Rental Agreement:
1. On the expiry of the afformentioned Rental Term, the Renter shall immediately return the Portable Freezer and its accessories to Made by Marcus. The Portable Freezer and all of its accessories shall be clean, in proper working order, and in as good a condition as when received by the Renter. Any damage to the Portable Freezer beyond reasonable wear and tear, including removal of any attachments, advertisements, accessories added to the Equipment after the Start Date shall, at the sole discretion of Made by Marcus, be repaired or replaced by the Owner at the sole cost and expense of the Renter and the Renter shall pay all of the costs and expenses incurred by the Owner on demand.

2. If any of the equipment is not promptly returned to Made by Marcus LTD. by the end of the afformentioned Rental Term, the Renter will be deemed to have purchased the Portable Freezer and its accessories and will be charged for compensation equivalent to the replacement cost of the Equipment, as determined by Made by Marcus Ltd., in its sole discretion.

Credit Card Authorization Agreement:
I , The Renter, have authorized Made by Marcus to charge my credit card in the event that the Portable Freezer I am renting becomes damaged, lost or stolen while in my care and possession. I understand that my credit card will be charged in the event that the cost of replacement or damages need to be charged to my account.
