SAG is a non-profit group founded in 1969 to serve the community’s interest in fine arts, fine crafts and photography. Along with showcasing speakers and monthly meetings, SAG invites everyone in our community to enjoy wide exposure and enjoyment of SAG’s online newsletter, website, online member galleries, and links to members’ websites.

By joining SAG, local artists can participate in the full range of SAG activities, network with other artists, and help promote and enlarge our service to SAG members and the community at large.

Monthly meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, September through June (no meetings in July & August).
6:30 -9pm at Grace Presbyterian Church, 7434 Bath St, Springfield, VA 22150. January and February meetings are held online via Zoom.

Membership with Springfield Art Guild (yearly dues, September through August):

Single $55.00: Full privileges (shows, selling, online gallery, emailed newsletter, email notices)

Family $80.00: Full privileges for two adults in same family

Student Member $20.00: (21 and under)

Membership in the Springfield Art Guild offers a variety of benefits:

• An active community of local artists who meet regularly.
• 9 monthly presentations by local and national artists in a variety of media.
• Opportunities to showcase and sell your artwork in both in-person and virtual shows throughout the year. Some of these shows are juried and offer cash prizes.
• Access to virtual Open Studio sessions with other SAG artists, held twice a month.
• Opportunities to participate in periodic critique sessions.
• Opportunities to promote your own shows on the SAG Instagram site.
• A monthly newsletter with SAG news and information on local art opportunities.
• Your personal online gallery (up to 10 images) on the SAG website.

Payment Options: For all payment methods, please complete and submit this JotForm application.

To pay by credit Card: Please scroll down to pay via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal.

To pay by check: Complete this jotform application (skip the PayPal sections) and scroll down to click "Submit".
Then mail your check with a note including your Name, Phone number, Email address.
Make your check payable to the Springfield Art Guild (SAG).
