Our process: Once we review your submission, we’ll follow up via email or schedule a complimentary 15-minute call if helpful. If a custom proposal is the right next step, a non-refundable proposal fee will apply and will be credited toward your final order if you choose to move forward. Most proposals are shared within 7–10 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, which we’ll always confirm before proceeding.
