To comply with our Leadership (Fiji) Foundation grant verification requirements, successful applicants will be contacted directly via phone or email to securely provide their identification documents. Please note: we do not collect sensitive identification details through this form.
1. Required Documents (as referenced above):
a. Copy of the Registration Certificate and/or Business License and/or support letter from the Roko of the Provincial Office (for village-based groups) and/or copy of Deed of Trust and/or any documentation verifying the existence of the group/club/organization, along with the TIN letter.
2. Required Documents for Individual Applicants:
b. One government-issued ID with a photo (Driver's License, Voter’s Card, or Passport) plus the TIN Letter or joint FNPF/FRCS Card.
