Sleek Mane Studio Policies

Booking Policy:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your final balance on the day of service.

Cancellation Policy:
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Late Policy:
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you booked. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Maintenance Commitment:
Hair transformations require proper home care and maintenance appointments. I am committed to educating you on your journey, and by booking, you agree to uphold the maintenance plan recommended for your specific needs.

Service Policy:
All services are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment so I can address them appropriately.

Guest Policy:
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only those receiving services are allowed in the studio during appointment times.
