    About the Worcester Renaissance Project: The purpose of the Worcester Renaissance Project is to educate youth, women, and ethnic minorities on the process of what it takes to start a business as a street vendor or performer, and to work with the City of Worcester to designate safe, high-foot-traffic public spaces where they can operate, thrive, and benefit from gentrification and economic development rather than be displaced by it.

Whether you’re a returning vendor or brand-new to the Worcester Renaissance Market, we’re excited to create together, celebrate together, and keep the energy alive through the colder months.

    🎸 Guitar Center Collaborations – Live music, jam sessions, and performance opportunities for local talent.

    🍴 Food Trucks & Vendors – Comfort food, warm drinks, and flavors that make winter cozy.

    🛍️ Winter Vendors Wanted! – Crafters, artists, makers, and entrepreneurs with unique seasonal products and creative services.

    📚 Workshops with the Worcester Public Library – Learn, grow, and connect through cultural and business development programs.

    💡 Community Impact – We’re growing our team! Join us as a vendor, sponsor, volunteer, or board member — and help shape the next phase of the Worcester Renaissance Project.

  • Application process

    • The application cycle starts on the 1st and closes on the 15th of each month.
    • Submit application with $25 fee via Jotform. Payment must be submitted with form to secure your spot.
    • The non-refundable application fee goes towards your total booth rental balance.
    • The application fee is the same for one or multi-day rentals. 
      Permits, licenses and insurance may be needed if you have an activity or food. 
    • We will inform you if additional documentation is required with confirmed dates and invoice. 
    • Vendors are encouraged to return their application ASAP for optimal consideration.
    • Choose the date(s) you would like during the coming month. Preferred dates are not guaranteed.

     

  • Vendor selection process


    First round scheduling

    • If selected, we will confirm dates with an invoice for rental.
    • Vendor applications will be approved and spaces assigned at the sole discretion of event management.
    • Vendor spaces are LIMITED by total quantity and per category.
    • Vendors are 100% responsible for their vending or promotional operation. This includes ALL applicable permits, insurance, and licenses.
    • Vendors may retain 100% of their generated revenue.
    • Vendor application fee is non-refundable.

    Second round scheduling (wait list)

    • Please be patient with us as we are receiving a high volume of applications.
    • If not selected immediately, you will be placed on our waiting list and informed of an opening.
    • Vendor selection and placement is at the sole discretion of F.A.M. Jam! Event Group Inc. 501(c)(3)

    The Worcester Renaissance Market is more than just a marketplace—it’s a platform for culture, creativity, and commerce. To ensure maximum visibility, impact, and success for everyone involved, we've crafted our marketing campaign featuring:

    ✅ Marketing assets provided to all vendors to boost engagement.


    ✅ Community outreach efforts to bring in foot traffic and potential customers.


    Vendor Commitments 
    To keep the energy high and the momentum strong, we ask that all selected vendors:

    📢 Frequently promote their participation in the market leading up to the event, ensuring that friends, family, and followers come out to support their table.


    📊 Track and report earnings for the day (if selling items) to help us measure the economic impact of our events.


    💡 Engage with our social media efforts—vendors who tag, like, and share promotional content will unlock exclusive vendor discounts on future events.

  • Rain Date/Cancellation/Refund Policy

    • Rain Date: days may be available. TBA.
    • Refunds: if our event is rained out, you may use your deposit or balance towards a future event.
    • Daily, weekly, monthly discounts cannot be combined.
    • Full payment due with selection letter. If cancellation is made before 48 hrs by the applicant, the event is postponed due to inclement weather or management discretion, applicant payment will be used towards the applicants next event.
    • Cancelation by applicant under 48hrs, no refund.
    • Two consecutive cancellations will no longer be able to apply.

    Vendor Terms & Conditions

    • For electricity, quiet generators suggested, however, electricity available. Gas powered generators are prohibited.
    • Must bring table and all supplies for operation of your 10’x10’ (approx.) booth.
    • Must use sand bags, weights or water jugs to secure tent.
    • Booth must be manned the entire event.
    • We are not responsible for anything lost, stolen or damaged.

    Parking

    There is a designated pad for food trucks/trailers along the retainer wall with an entrance from Green St. You will either drive or back in depending on what time you arrive and placement of other trucks/trailers. We will be there to guide you, but you are responsible for parking your vehicle. Tents and carts may unload from Canal St operate from designated areas on the common. Permanent parking on Canal St. is prohibited as it is dedicated handicapped parking for Polar Park Stadium. Parking is limited on Green St. You must quickly unload and find parking. We suggest Worcester Public Library 3 Salem Sq.
