  • By submitting this registration form, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

    2. Purpose of Data Use
    I understand that my personal data will be used for the purpose of managing and administering the MRANTI Stargazer Mentoring Platform, including communication of updates, participant tracking, feedback collection, and reporting to MRANTI and relevant programme stakeholders.

    3. Data Storage and Protection
    I acknowledge that my personal data will be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. MRANTI will take reasonable steps to protect my data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

    4. Data Sharing
    I understand that my data may be shared with MRANTI’s programme partners, mentors, or sponsors solely for purposes related to the MRANTI Stargazer Mentoring Platform (e.g., mentorship coordination, certificate issuance, or post-programme engagement). My data will not be sold, rented, or used for any unrelated commercial purposes.

    5. Withdrawal of Consent
    I am aware that I may withdraw my consent at any time by notifying MRANTI in writing. However, I understand that doing so may affect my participation in the MRANTI Stargazer Mentoring Platform.

    6. Photo & Video Release
    I consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, or other media featuring me taken during the programme for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes by MRANTI and its partners, in both print and digital platforms.
