    This science-based assessment will help you retain your clients, so you can help them actually achieve the goals you know they're capable of. (The full assessment takes about 7 minutes, it's worth the results!)
  • A. Motivation Spectrum

    This section focuses on your motivations for starting a fitness journey. You will answer questions about what drives you, whether it’s personal enjoyment, a sense of accomplishment, or achieving specific goals.
  • A1) I believe I will enjoy the process of exercising, regardless of the results.*
  • A2) The sense of accomplishment I expect to feel after working out motivates me to get started.*
