    Quotes may be delayed for varying reasons but especially during travel and peak times incl. travel for guest spots and expos or personal leave. Should you wish to follow up after 1 week minimum, please email bookings@amoretattoo.com.au and our admin team will be able to assist
  • Deposits

    All bookings require a deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person. Gift vouchers can not be used as a deposit. Deposits will vary based on the session type.
  • 48 Hour Policy

    48 hours notice is required to request to a reschedule. Contact within less than 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. Failure to contact and not attending your session will forfeit the full deposit and may result in refusal of future bookings. Should for any reason Sally needs to reschedule the session, you will not be penalised and full deposit will stand for the rescheduled appointment.
  • Reschedules

    As long as contact is made outside of 48 hours until your appointment to reschedule, the deposit will be carried across. Should a second reschedule be requested, a new deposit may be required.
  • Rates

    Rates are all inclusive of artists design time before and during the session, set up, skin prep and stencilling, tattoo time and required breaks for both client and artist.
  • MINIMUM CHARGE: $150 (small tattoo less than an hour booking)
    HOURLY CHARGE: $200 per hour
    FULL DAY (6hrs): $1200
    FULL DAY EXTENDED (8hrs): $1500 ($100 off standard hourly charge)
    TRAVEL & SUNDAY SURCHARGE: $100 (this applies to any guest spot booking or special bookings requested on a Sunday)


    If your full day session extends past 6 hours, there will be the $200 per hour charge and the $100 off will apply if 8 hours is reached. 
    If 8 hours is reached, you will have the option to book another session to finish or continue the piece. Or Sally may offer additional tattooing time at the rate of $200 per hour.

    Pieces are generally quoted at a rough timeframe (hrs) or price range required to complete the piece, otherwise you'll be advised that a full day session would be best to book. Prices may vary to the quoted price on the day based on any changes or additions to the original quoted design, size or placement.

  • Designs

    Generally speaking, designs will not be sent out prior to your appointment. This is for a few reasons; Sally completes designs based on bookings and it is unlikely that your design will be completed before earlier bookings. Most designs are done close to or the night before your booking due to work load and to be fresh of mind. All designs remain property of Sally until tattooed. Designs sent prior to the booking date allows opportunity for creative theft. Some designs may require more input for you and Sally will spend time with you at the beginning of your booking to create, refine or tweak your design to make sure it is exactly what your hoping for!
  • Payments

    There are multiple options to pay for your session and some may incur surcharges. Payment options including cash, eftpos & credit cards (2.5% surcharge), Afterpay digital cards (7% surcharge), and progress payments via automatic weekly agreed amounts (2.5% surcharge applied to each payment).
  • Tap Outs

    In the case that you've booked for a day session but choose to end the session early due to pain or discomfort leaving the piece unfinished, the day rate will still apply and be charged and may not be carried over to a new session to complete the piece.
  • Touch Ups

    Touch ups for tattoos may be requested within a reasonable timeframe. Contact must be made within 30 days from appointment to provide images. Touch ups session then must be booked and attended within 3 months since the appointment. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Sally in cases such as interstate or expo clients. Outside of 3 months, a charge for the touch up may apply or be done when getting a different piece completed. The exception to this is finger tattoos. Due to the nature of finger tattoos, no free touch up session are offered. A minimum charge applies unless it is a small touch up done during another tattoo session with Sally.
  • Numbing Cream & Pain Killers

    Sally is generally fine with the use of numbing cream during sessions as long as you as the client has sourced it responsibly, done a patch test as per directions of use, and follow all listed directions of use before attending your appointment. If you notice any potential reactions to the patch test, please do not use on the day of your appointment. Sally will not be held liable for your choice to use topical application numbing creams or other products. It is asked that you inform Sally if you have used it, including wearing the cover into your appointment for removal at the start of your tattoo. Prescribed pain killers - please ensure you inform Sally if you plan on taking pain killers during your session and what these are, in the case of an emergency for your own safety.
  • Right to Decline

    Sally will not accept all jobs that are requested including but not limited to cover ups, add ons or fix ups of other peoples work. Sally will only accept the job if she feels comfortable to execute the work to your desired outcome. In some cases she may help refer you to the artist better suited to your piece.
  • Right to Refuse

    Amore Tattoo is a safe space and should there be any cases including inappropriate, offensive and threatening language used, or acts of malice or harm, inclusive of any communication or posts online. Sally holds the right to refuse the work, including before, during or after the session. The client will still be liable for the cost of the session in case during the session. In the case of before a session, any deposits will be forfeit. In the case of after the session, if a deposit has been paid for a future session, this deposit will be forfeit.
