Sanctioning Application

This application process is for FV affiliated Clubs to apply for sanctioning from FV for football activities, events and tournaments outside of the regular football/futsal season.

Prior to making an application, please ensure that you have read the FV Sanctioning Policy available HERE to understand whether a Sanctioning application is required, as well as the benefits of obtaining sanctioning approval.
