Professors and Students of Various Studies (Security, Law, Defense, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, Forensic Sciences, Criminal Justice, etc.), Court Expert Witnesses, Criminologists, Forensic Experts, Lawyers, Notaries, Legal Advisors, Cyber Crime Experts, Crime & Terrorism Experts, and other Experts in the field of Prevention. Certified instructors in the fields of Safety and Security, Self-Defense, Close Protection, Firearms, Maritime, and Aviation.

FOR COMMUNITY SAFETY SUPPORTERS (CIVILIANS)

First-time members are subject to a one-time charge of 60 EUR, the equivalent of the day's exchange rate, 9,000 KES, as the APF (Application Processing Fee). IPO HQ will start the process only after the APF payment is received.

For all candidates who are not part of the law enforcement, to join the IPO as Active Official Member, the applicant must have a clean criminal record, a rich professional CV, and must be over 20 years old. The candidates from 18 up to 20 years old can apply for membership as Official Members only if they are introduced and guaranteed by at least 2 other active members in the IPO through a formal recommendation.*

I confirm that I am familiar with the Constitution, Statute, Program, Rules and Guidelines of the International Police Organization, which are also published on the website. I also confirm that I am informed and that it is my duty to monitor the publication of all updates of the aforementioned documents. If I do not agree with the updates, I can submit a resignation letter within 15 days of publication. Otherwise, it is considered that I agree AND consent to all published updates to the Statute, Programs and Rules.*

I commit myself to payments of upcoming membership within 30 days, if not terminated at least 15 days before expiry of current membership. I agree to be charged reminder notice (15 EUR each notice) if membership is not paid in agreed period. I agree that i will cover all cost of any legal cost, debt collection cost or court fees in case any are implemented due to my non-payment of the membership.*

Member Participation Commitment Clause By applying to join the International Police Organization(IPO) Kenya, I understand and agree that active participation is a core requirement of membership. I commit to dedicating a minimum of 8 hours per quarter toward IPO activities. I agree to actively take part in at least 3 official events per year(e.g., charity drives, community outreach, wellness initiatives). I understand that failure to meet these participation standards, without valid reason, may lead to suspension or cancellation of my membership as per the organization's policies.*
