  • Terms and Conditions – Charity Donations Offer

    1. Promoter

    The promoter of this offer is Bradleys Estate Agents Ltd and Robertson Developments Ltd.

    2. Eligibility

    • The offer is open to UK-registered charities & community groups only
    • Charities must hold a valid and current charity number registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, OSCR (Scotland), or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.

    3. How to Participate

    • Charities/Groups must apply via our online form.
    • Only one nomination per individual is permitted.

    4. Donation Prizes

    The following donation amounts will be awarded to three nominated charities:

    • First Place: £1000
    • Second Place: £500
    • Third Place: £250

    5. Winner Selection

    • Winners will be selected by the 2 staff members, 1 from Robertson Developments & and 1 from Bradleys Estate Agents.
    • Winners will be notified via telephone within 7 days.

    6. Donation Payment

    • Donations will be made directly to the winning charities' registered bank accounts within 28 days of receiving payment details.
    • Charities may be required to provide proof of registration and banking information.

    7. Publicity

    • Winning charities/groups may be asked to participate in publicity relating to the offer (e.g., photographs, press releases, social media posts).
    • By participating, entrants and nominated charities consent to the Promoter using their name, logo, and details of the donation for promotional purposes.

    8. General Terms

    • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the donation with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer without notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
    • No purchase is necessary to participate.
    • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding.

    9. Data Protection

    Personal data provided during the nomination process will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
