As a 501(c3) organization, we are committed to giving back our local community organizations and individuals in financial need to help achieve their goals. Please fill out ALL portions of application to be eligible.

Opportunity Program Application

The Opportunity Program provides financial assistance to help young athletes access the equipment, fees, and resources needed to participate in recreational, school‑based, or travel sports. Support is available one time per calendar year, with a maximum award of $200 per child. This program is intended for athletes up to age 18 who demonstrate financial need. Please complete the application with clear and accurate information so we can properly review your request and determine eligibility.

Awards and Funding Availability

Awards are issued on a rolling basis and are dependent on available funding at the time of review. Submitting an application does not guarantee support, but every request is carefully evaluated based on need, impact, and alignment with our mission. Individuals are encouraged to apply early, as funds may be limited and distributed throughout the year.
