Section 4: Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms:
Payments are processed immediately via Stripe upon acceptance of this offer. By submitting the form, the client authorizes the provider to collect the agreed amount through the selected payment method. The payment obligation arises upon confirmation of the booking or order. No deductions or deferments are permitted. Any transaction fees incurred are covered by the provider unless otherwise specified.
Contract duration:
This agreement shall have an initial term of six (6) months commencing upon signature. Thereafter, it shall automatically renew for successive periods of six (6) months unless terminated by either party with written notice given at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term. Any deviation from the initial term must be expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Confidentiality
All information exchanged under this agreement shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.
Limitation of Liability Liability shall be limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages or loss of profits is expressly excluded.
Intellectual Property Rights
All documents, materials, and content provided shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the provider.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction shall be Stuttgart.
Requirement of Written Form
Amendments or supplements to this agreement shall only be valid if made in writing and duly signed by both parties.
Usage of GenAI
tlou.ai uses AI-based systems to assist in the evaluation of application documents. These tools provide non-binding recommendations to support human decision-making. The customer remains solely responsible for the hiring decision.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of this Agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The Parties agree to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the original provision.
