Purpose: Recognizes a rising star in the industry who has shown exceptional promise and engagement early in their career.

Criteria:
- 35 Years of Age or younger
- 1–5 years of professional experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
- Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and leadership potential.
- Active involvement in IAEE DC Chapter programs, volunteer opportunities, or committees.
- Positive influence within their organization, chapter or the industry through innovation, teamwork, or fresh thinking.
- Commitment to professional development and learning.
