A Tuition Enrollment form must be submitted for each student in order to confirm a spot (up to three children if applicable can be submitted on one form.) the Registration Fee per child is Non-REfundable for the School Year.

Tuition is for 11 1/2 months with includes the summer camp. If the child will not attend the summer camp, check below.

Extra Day Request

Students in Toddler or Pre-K who attend 4 days may request an extra day at $70.00 a day.

Tuition Informaiton:

The annual tuition is determined by the class that the child enrolls in at the beginning of the year. Tuition is NOT determined by the age of the child.

To enroll a child, the child must be 2, 3, 4 years old by August 1st. If a toddler's birthday falls after August 1st but before November 1st and there is room in the toddler class, they may be admitted with the understanding that the child will repeat that grade level the following year.

For families with more than one child, each additional child receives a 10% discount off the lesser tuition amount.

A family may not register for the new school year until prior balances have been paid.

Tuition Payment Method:

Sacred Heart Villa uses FACTS Tuition Management Company to collect tuition payments. You will be receiving an email and/or a letter directly from FACTS with information on how to register for tuition payments.

The FACTS system charges an annual processing fee which is paid by the family.

Full Payment -- NO processing fee

Semi-Annual Payment (August & February) -- $10 processing fee

Monthly Payment -- $45.00 processing fee

Tuition will automatically be deducted from your account on the 10th of the month if you are selecting the monthly payment plan.

The first payment is due on July 10, 2025

Your account must be set up by July 1st to ensure your first tuition payment is on time.

One half month tuition for August, plus full months of tuition will be divided evenly in 12 tuition payments.
Contract Conditions:

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. I also agree to have Sacred Heart Villa automatically re-enroll me in the FACTS tuition payment program for each subsequent shcool year that I have a child attending the school.
