Volunteer Job Descriptions

1. Registration Table--Work with Dana Chambers, man the registration table, hand out packets, possibly collect money, etc.

2. Parking Crew--Work with Daren Moorman and assist with parking of campers/RV's

3. Assist w/Auction stuff Thursday-Saturday--Work with Missy Day and the Tahoma Chapter, checking in prizes and organizing stuff.

4. Friday Night Potluck Organizer--Take in potluck items, organize food table etc.

5. Tack Sale Help--Work with the Ellensburg Chapter checking in tack and helping shoppers.

6. Runners to help the Rendezvous chair Thursday - Sunday--Work with Teri Starke and help her with whatever she needs

7. Help in the BCHW Store and Square--Work with Terri Crawford, unloading her rig, set up, tear down, Square credit card charges.

8. Room Host--Work with Teri Starke. You will be assigned a room and will assist anyone with questions that pertain to what is happening in that room.
