- Large-scale events require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Small sessions require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

If individual guests are paying separately for a small event, a custom agreement will be created.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event start time.
- For travel-based events, a separate contract will be provided. Full payment must be made 7 days in advance, with extended notice required for cancellations.
