Terms & Conditions: Please Read
1. The renter agrees to return the dump trailer in the same condition as received.

2. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period.

3. The rental fee is due at the time of rental and also the security deposit.

4. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the trailer, provided no damage is assessed.

5. The rental period is from the start date & time to the end date & time specified above. Late Fees will be assessed for a minimum of one (1) hour after the agreed return time.

6. The renter must provide a valid ID/ driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance at the time of rental.

7. Lessee will not exceed the weight capacity of trailer for all materials loaded into the Dump Trailer.

8. No Warranties, Lessor is renting the trailer to lessee in an "AS IS" condition. No warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular reason.

9. RESTRICTIONS: LESSEE AGREES NOT TO PLACE ANY OF TH FOLLOWING IN THE TRAILER: (a.) Paint, Primer, Paint thinner, stripper, stain or other similar materials (b.) that are deemed hazardous, flammable or caustic chemicals, which represents a danger to health or property; (c.) any materials or substances that are prohibited by the Federal or NY State law. NO LIVING OR DECEASED ANIMALS. NO ANIMAL or HUMAN Sewage.

10. GPS tracking devices are installed on Trailers, tampering or malicious destruction of installed devices will result in criminal prosecution.

Disclaimer: Liability and indemnification: lessee agrees that lessor is not responsible for any losses or injuries to lessee or any third parties caused by or related to the trailer or its use. Lessee assumes liability for and will indemnify, defend, protect, save and keep harmless lessor and its heirs, personal representatives, employees, managers, successors and assigns, from and against all losses, penalties,claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses and disbursements, including attorney fees through all levels of appeal, imposed upon, incurred by, or asserted against lessor in anyway relating to or arising out of this agreement or lessee's use of this trailer.
