    Your rescue organization MUST be a registered nonprofit to participate in this event. Submission of this form indicates your organization's agreement to all terms noted below.

  • Particiation fee is $50 per organization. Payment is due upon receipt of notification of application acceptance via one of the following.

    Advance advertising/promotion, covered space, event insurance and access to electricity at the event will be provided, although rescue participants must provide their own extension cords if electricity is required.

  • Please note.

    • Participation fee is nonrefundable.
    • Rescue participants must arrive by 8AM on the day of the event to set up. Set-up must be complete by 9AM.
    • Rescue participants must confine any animals they bring to the event with a leash, crate or pen at ALL times.
    • Rescue participants must vacate the park by 6PM on the day of the event and leave the area in the same condition as they found it.
