Each workshop will be led by a group of dynamic, successful men from our own community who understand the challenges you face and are ready to share powerful tools, real talk, and practical advice to help you level up in life. Hardaway Learning, founded by Derrick Moore, is a brand associated with substance abuse awareness and sobriety, particularly within the Anchorage, Alaska community. Derrick Moore, also known as Hardaway Learning on social media, shares his personal journey of overcoming addiction and finding sobriety through his book and online platforms. He also uses his platform to advocate for recovery resources and self-care.

The discussion will be geared towards young men navigating personal and societal challenges and delves into the essential differences and connections between ethics, morals, and beliefs—unpacking how each shapes decision-making, character, and the life paths we choose. We’ll discuss how these principles intersect in everyday life—relationships, career choices, and digital behavior—and how young men can build a consistent, resilient moral framework in a world full of noise and contradiction. In this workshop, he'll walk participants through how he began working in the news, how young people can bring their authentic selves to different forms of media -- from podcasting, TV, content creation and... yes, radio, and lead a conversation about what voices or perspectives they want to see in the media they watch. Hardaway Learning and Kaleem Nuriddin will facilitate an engaging discussion
