Executive Accelerator Application: Cohort III

Jewish Federations' Executive Accelerator is designed to prepare mid-senior career Federation professionals for executive-level positions through a year-long cohort experience that combines professional development, applied learning, mentorship, and coaching. Cohort III highlights additionally include a leadership track at FedPro 2026, subsidized attendance at the GA, a travel stipend to visit and learn from another Federation and an application of learning through the Capstone Project.
