We have noticed over recent events that many participants have not collected their completion certificates leading to a lot of wasted effort and cash; therefore, this year we will only prepare such certificates for those who paricularly request them, apart from children of age 12 and under for whom we will prepare certificates for all, provided you identify your chidren alongside their names in the table above.

If you select Yes below we will prepare certificates for all adults named in this form.

We will only use the data that you have submitted above in conjunction with registration for the Eyebrook Walk 2026. However, we would like to retain your email address in order to advise you about future walks and how successful this walk has been. The route lies clockwise round the Eyebrook Reservoir starting from the Eyebrook Fishing Lodge GR852942 What3Words ///thickened.eradicate.beard where there is adequate off-road space for car parking. Access to the Lodge is from Great Easton Rd, off the A6003 at Caldecott, GR865932 What3Words ///investors.basket.wildfires.

Dogs and children are welcome on the walk. There is no entry fee but we hope that you will obtain sponsorship or make a donation at the start.
