This form is ONLY for Sikh Honors & Service Society (SHSS) members who have paid their dues and fulfilled their 2025 SHSS Membership Guide requirements. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
DISCLAIMER:

If you pay for an SHSS stole but are not eligible for an SHSS stole or do not meet the requirements, you will NOT be refunded.

SHSS graduation stoles are only for dues paying registered SHSS members who have completed their ENTIRE SHSS Membership Guide.

The price of a stole is $15. You can either pay online after you submit this form or pay cash in person. If you cannot pay for the stole, please contact your community organizer for financial aid availability.

Please check in with your regional Community Organizer first to see if you are eligible to get a stole.
