If your new product or service is innovative, time-saving, labor-saving, or will change the agriculture world, enter it in Sunbelt Ag Expo's Innovation Award.
Entries are evaluated by a panel of farmers, ranchers, agricultural business professionals, and university representatives to ensure each product is new for 2026 and is innovative in its field.
Submissions will open on May 1, 2026 and close on July 1, 2026. Submissions will be judged the week of July 13, 2026. Winners will be contacted by August 5, 2026.
Each submission will receive an email confirmation from the Sunbelt Ag Expo via JotForm. If you do not receive confirmation, please call to confirm that your application was received.

Each Top-10 winner will receive the following:
- A write-up on the Sunbelt Ag Expo blog and website with company details, product picture, and links to additional information as provided by the company about the product.
- Recognition as a Top-10 New Product of the year
- Recognition in one e-blast to Sunbelt Ag Expo attendees
- Recognition in one Sunbelt Ag Expo social media winner announcement post and one during the show
- Top-10 Winner award
- Placement of Top-10 flag in booth for duration of 2026 Sunbelt Ag Expo (flag must be returned at the conclusion of the show)
- Listing in Top-10 Winner Press Release
- Listing in Sunbelt Ag Expo Show Guide and show program story
Submission Instructions:
- Award Consideration
- To be considered, all companies must either already be approved to exhibit at the 2026 Sunbelt Ag Expo. If you have not been approved yet, please indicate that you already have an application submitted.
- The company that is submitting for an Innovation Award must be an exhibitor at the 2026 Sunbelt Ag Expo
- Non-exhibitor products are not eligible for the competition
- Only products released anywhere in the world between October 17, 2025, and October 16, 2026, are eligible for the competition
- Please indicate if you intend to release the product during the 2026 Sunbelt Ag Expo.
- Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements will not be considered for the competition.
- Nomination Applications
- Nomination applications must be submitted online. Be prepared to include photos, logos, press releases, links to videos, and any other relevant materials with your submission.
- Deadline
- A 100% completed application through this form must be received by July 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Sunbelt Ag Expo reserves the right to reject late nominations or any nominations that do not meet the specifications detailed above.
This contest is modeled after the World Ag Expo's Innovation Award.
