Important Details for Anyone Selling Items:
-Each individual item must have an envelope attached with seller's name, description of item, price and form of payment accepted (check or Venmo only). For sellers who accept Venmo, please add your venmo QR Code or Venmo email to the form.
-Do not bring clothes to sell with stains, rips or holes in them. There will be a "Free Items" table for items that aren’t sellable quality, but that might be useful to other families. If we find items when sorting that are not in sellable condition, we will do our best to contact you before the sale starts to give you the option of keeping the items or donating to the free table--otherwise we will set them aside for you to pick up at the end of the sale.
-All uniforms must be from Land's End and must be on the current uniform policy in the (soon-to-be-released) 2025 Valor Summer Packet.
-All books sold must be on the current Curriculum list for 2025-2026 in the (soon-to-be-released) 2025 Valor Summer Packet.
-You keep 100% of your proceeds. Suggested prices for uniforms are 1/4-1/2 of the new price based on condition. Books hold value longer and are worth 50-75% of the new price.
-Sellers will drop off their ready to sell items on Tuesday, May 27 between the hours of 11am-2pm.
-Sellers MUST come on Wednesday, May 28 between 1:30 - 2:30 pm to pick up money and unsold items or arrange for another designated person to pick up for them.

New! Only check or Venmo payment will be accepted this year. No cash.
New! Any items not picked up at the end of the sale will be donated to Valor. Please coordinate with someone to pick up your unsold items for you cannot be there to pick up yourself.
