  • SELECTION CRITERIA
    Participation in Leadership AGC is open to persons employed by an AGC of Wisconsin member firm, in good standing. Individuals interested in the 2025–2026 class must submit the completed application to the AGC of Wisconsin no later than July 11, 2025.

    Applicants should have a minimum of six years of experience in the construction industry OR have completed a relevant four-year degree program and have two years of work experience out of school. All applications must include a letter of endorsement and financial commitment from their employer. The Selection Committee will review the applications and notify the selected candidates no later than July 14, 2025. Appointments to Leadership AGC are limited, so applicants who are not selected are encouraged to reapply in subsequent years.

  • Identify three major issues the construction industry faces today:

  • Tuition

  • If accepted into the Leadership AGC program, you or your employer will be billed for the tuition fee ($3,150) which covers all programs, costs, meals, retreat lodging, etc.

  • Commitment

  • Please be sure you can attend each of the sessions before signing this commitment.

  • I understand the purpose of the Leadership AGC program and if I am selected I will devote the time and energy necessary to complete the program. Even though emergencies do arise, any participant missing more than one session, for whatever reason, may be asked to withdraw from the program and no portion of the tuition shall be refunded. I understand the above commitments and agree to be bound by them in signing this application. My completion of Leadership AGC is understood to be a willing commitment from me to share my knowledge as appropriate within the construction industry.

    Employer Commitment
    This application has the approval of this organization and the applicant has our support that includes the time required to participate in the program. A letter of endorsement, outlining why this candidate should be accepted into the program, must be attached to this application.
