Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing & Operations Associate to support our home healthcare business in driving growth through digital marketing, client engagement, and operational support. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of key marketing functions while also contributing to customer service and tech-related initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to implement strategies, manage campaigns, assist in streamlining operations, and engage in continuous learning and development alongside the General Manager.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with focus on lead generation.
- Manage Cureasy’s social media presence, content calendar, and community engagement.
- Coordinate and track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Support customer service: follow up with leads, assist in scheduling, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating web and app development tasks with tech vendors; experience with WordPress or deployment tools is a plus.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to optimize services and outreach.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with the General Manager on learning new marketing strategies, tools, and courses; share insights and apply them in real-time to business operations.
Core compentencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO basics).
- Proficiency with analytics (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Power BI).
- Good communication skills for both marketing and customer interaction.
- Basic technical know-how to coordinate with developers or work with CMS tools.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple roles in a lean environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and efficiency.
- Eagerness to learn and teach; comfortable working collaboratively to explore and implement new strategies.
Functional and Organizational Relevance:
- Reports directly to the General Manager.
- Works cross-functionally with the customer service team and external vendors.
- Plays a key role in driving client acquisition and supporting the company’s digital transformation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
- Cost per lead (CPL) from digital campaigns.
- Conversion rate from inquiries to booked services.
- Social media engagement growth and reach.
- Timely resolution of outstanding technical coordination tasks with external vendors or development teams.
- Client satisfaction metrics from follow-up surveys.
- Contribution to shared learning initiatives and implementation of new marketing tools/strategies.
