  • 1. Deposit Policy 

    To secure your tattoo appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures your time slot is reserved and goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

    🔒 Deposit Terms:
    Amount: 50% deposit of your tattoo price is required at the time of booking. 

    • The deposit covers design preparation and holds your appointment time.
    • Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
    • Deducted from Final Price: Your deposit will be applied to the final total of your tattoo session.
    • After your deposit is recieved, you will recieve the address.

    🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations:
    You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice.

    If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to show up, your deposit is forfeited.

    A new deposit will be required to rebook.

    ✍️ Design Changes:
    Minor design changes are allowed, but major changes (style, subject, or size) may require a new deposit.

    If you change your mind about the tattoo entirely, the original deposit will not be refunded.

    💳 Payment Methods:
    Deposits can be made via [Cash, E-transfer, Debit/Credit]. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.


    2. Scheduled Appointments
    We understand that delays can happen however, we must respect the other clients appointments as well.

    • We provide a grace period of 15 minutes.
    • If you are 15 minutes past the scheduled time, a $20 late fee will be applied to your final total.
    • After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Please have the courtesy and respect for the other clients on my schedule as one late client can throw the whole schedule off. Thank you.
    • Cancelled appointments will require a new deposit.

    3. No Shows

    If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please let me know.

    • An additional $25 No Show fee will be required before rebooking. (Separate from your deposit)

    4. Touch Ups

    You are entitled to ONE free touch up after 4-6 weeks after your tattoo was completed. 

    Touch ups will not be offered if the client has tampered with the tattoo, such as scratching, peeling, or the client has interfered with the proper healing of the tattoo.

    If you need a touch up for a tattoo that was done by a different tattoo artist, the starting price will be $100.

    5. No Guests

    1on1 sessions, no guests are allowed. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone.

     

    Additional Information:

    • Be sure to eat a full meal before your tattoo appointment to help maintain your energy and prevent lightheadedness.
    • If you have a low pain tolerance, eating candy before your appointment can help.
    • Please refrain from consuming alcohol before your appointment, as it can thin your blood and increase bleeding during the tattoo process.
    • Please avoid caffeine before your tattoo appointment, as it can increase sensitivity and restlessness.
    • NO REFUNDS for tattoos.

    By signing this form, I authorize Chick That Inkz to collect payment directly for any tattoo services rendered. I understand that all services are paid out-of-pocket and that tattoo services are not covered by medical insurance.

    I consent to the studio retaining any necessary personal or service-related information (such as appointment history, artwork references, or consent forms) strictly for record-keeping, billing, or legal purposes. I understand that this information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without my permission, unless required by law.

    I acknowledge that tattoo procedures are elective and that I am responsible for full payment at the time of service.
