I acknowledge that HCOG events is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds or compensation if the weather doesn’t cooperate. I acknowledge that if I plan on not attending, I will notify the promoters before the day of the event. If I don’t notify or show up, I acknowledge I will not be invited back to future events. I will also supply my own set up and anything additional items needed such and not limited to - electricity, tent, tables, racks, ect.
I agree to carry my own insurance on products that I sell, and agree that HCOG promoters are not responsible for any accidents or claims that may occur with my product
If chosen, I agree to pay my invoice for booth fee in 48 hours. Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I agree to use email as a form of communication for this event.
I agree this is a Family event and anything not of that nature will be asked to leave without refund.
