This form is intended to register Canadian, American and UK buyers interested in attending the show as part of the Hosted Buyers Program. Details are as follows:
1. Host Milano would like to offer to the invited buyers:
- Flight (economy class or low cost) booked through Fiera Milano travel agency
- Hotel accommodation for 4 nights for Canada/USA (IN 16-OUT 20 October) and 3 nights for UK (IN 16-OUT19 October) buyers in a 4*hotel (DUS Room - double room for single use with breakfast included)
- Transfer from the hotel to the fairground in the morning and back in the evening
- VIP Buyer badge for the entrance to the fair
- Access to the VIP Buyers Lounge with free wi-fi
- Breakfast, Lunch & snacks at Fiera Milano in the Buyers Lounge
Every extra aside from what is mentioned above will be at the buyer’s expense (travel insurance, extra nights of accommodation, accompanying guests, transfers from and to the airport and any transfer different from the one mentioned above, lunches out of the Buyers Lounge, and so on).
2. Commitments
- Stay in Milan for a minimum of 4 nights for Canadian/USA buyers and 3 nights for UK buyers
- Register online on the MyMatching Platform
- Schedule a minimum of 6 (six) appointments a day through the agenda on the MyMatching Platform
- Obtain and demonstrate at the end of the Fair exhibitor appointment attendance confirmation
- Be at the exhibition venue for the whole of the requested time (9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
3. Accompanying person
For accompanying guests the show does not cover the hospitality but offers travel agency assistance with flight bookings. Only in case of qualified business guest, the show can offer bus transfer and access to the Buyers' Lounge in exchange for the registration in the online platform and some activity with meetings at the show.
