Scheduling Information

We are scheduling clinics between September 15 and November 22. Each date on the calendar is divided into morning and afternoon blocks to begin the scheduling process.

After you select a block, Gina, our Vaccine Coordinator, will contact you to confirm the exact start time and duration.

If your preferred date or day isn’t available, please choose a second option and note your preference in the Special Requests section. For multiple locations, list any additional dates there as well.

Note: The time block selected only indicates morning or afternoon preference, not the final start time.

Morning clinics should select 9:00am.

Afternoon clinics should select 1:00pm.

(This does not mean the clinic will start at this time, just that you would like morning or afternoon.)
