I, the undersigned participant (or parent/legal guardian if under 18), acknowledge that wrestling is a physically demanding sport involving inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, or other serious physical harm. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the West Frankfort Redbird Wrestling Camp and/or Wrestling Tournament, I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, injuries, or losses against the West Frankfort Redbird Wrestling coaching staff, assistants, volunteers, organizers, camp personnel, any person or entity of District #168, and any other affiliated entities or sponsors.I further affirm that the participant is in good physical condition and able to safely participate in wrestling activities. I understand and agree that this release applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, and that it is binding upon my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns. By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand its contents, and I agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the camp and tournament personnel.
