Camp Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

I, the undersigned, am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this registration form ("the Camper") and hereby give permission for my child to participate in all activities associated with Dunamis ("the Camp"). I understand and acknowledge that participation in recreational activities, sports, outdoor adventures, field trips, and related programming carries certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, illness, insect bites, sun exposure, and other potential hazards.

In consideration of my child’s participation in the Camp, I hereby:

Assume all risks related to participation, whether known or unknown to me at this time.
Waive, release, and discharge Dunamis, its staff, volunteers, contractors, directors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for damages, losses, or injuries to person or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in the Camp.

Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dunamis and its agents from any claims brought against them as a result of my child’s actions or participation in the Camp.

Authorize emergency medical treatment to be administered to my child by camp staff or medical professionals in the event of an accident or emergency, if I am not immediately available.

Acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the Camp of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral needs that may affect my child's participation.

I affirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and agree to be bound by its contents. I acknowledge that this release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
