Investment:

$500.00 for 4hrs of room rental time - a typical event flow would be: 1 hour before your event for set up + 2hrs for your event + 1 hour max for clean up. Clean up time is non-negotiable and must commence promptly after the 2hr event time but must not exceed the hr allotted. There is a 10% deposit required once your contract is signed, to be paid no later than 7 days after you sign your contract. This deposit will apply to the total rental. If damages occur etc. you will be responsible for the entire room rate + the deposit. Your total room rate is due no later than 7 days before your event.
I agree to the rental rate above. I agree to pay the deposit - no later than 7 days after I sign my contract & I agree to pay my rental fee by the date stated in my contract.
