  • Investment:

    $500.00 for 4hrs of room rental time - a typical event flow would be: 1 hour before your event for set up + 2hrs for your event + 1 hour max for clean up. Clean up time is non-negotiable and must commence promptly after the 2hr event time but must not exceed the hr allotted. There is a 10% deposit required once your contract is signed, to be paid no later than 7 days after you sign your contract. This deposit will apply to the total rental. If damages occur etc. you will be responsible for the entire room rate + the deposit. Your total room rate is due no later than 7 days before your event.

  • Do you wish for the event to be catered by Lovejoys? We will send a separate catering form.
  • Please note:

    Your final quote will reflect the amount for catering staff for your size event.$25 per hour minimum three hours per staff person to be determined.
  • Do you wish to be quoted for your event: (this is if you are opting out out of a catering package)
  • Will you have any type of vendor on site during your event, ie. DJ, florist, photographer etc.
  • Do you wish to be quoted for florals for your event?
