Terms & Conditions
Response Time - We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Please allow this time for us to get back to you regarding your questions or requests.
Order Changes - Once your order has been placed, you have a period of 5 days before your pick up date, to request any changes. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate modifications.
Order Notice - We recommend giving us one month's notice for the best service, but we'll do our best to accommodate orders.
Deposit - A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
What's on Offer? Please note that we specialise exclusively in cakes, cupcakes and cakesciles. We do not offer any other baked goods or treats beyond these three delicious options.
Delivery Policy - Please note that we do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up or handled according to the arrangements communicated to you.
