Camp Hours:

Drop off is 8:45am - 9:00am

Pick up is between 4:00pm - 4:15pm

early drop off / late pick up avaliable on certain weeks. Please email Wincityninjas@gmail.com for avaliable dates

Camp for ages 5 - 12. Children age 4 will only be accepted into camp if they are in or have previously been enrolled in one of our programs.

*Children must be able to use the washroom on their own*

Clean dry indoor running shoes only - Children must have a change of shoes for outdoor park trips.

Must bring lunch, snacks & water bottle. We move around alot! it is important that children have a balanced lunch with extra snacks to get them through the day. We have two scheduled snack breaks and a lunch break each day. All children must have a water bottle which can be refilled by a coach throughout the day. We are a peanut free studio.

No gum chewing.

Children should be in comfortable clothing (shirts and shorts are recommended)

We reserve the right to send home any camper whose behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others, without credit or refund.

Schedule (activities will change for each day)

9:00am - 10:15am - Open gym

10:15am - 10:45am - Snack break

10:45am - 12:00pm - Ninja games (floor is lava, warped wall tic tac toe, bean bag toss, balance challenge, etc)

12:00pm - 12:30pm - Lunch break

12:30pm - 1:50pm - Ninja games

1:50pm - 2:20pm - Snack break

2:20pm - 3:30 - Themed crafts and table top games

3:30pm - 4:00pm - Open gym

4:00pm - 4:15pm - Departure

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement: I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by during the selected recreational ninja program. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Win City Ninjas, and all its respective representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected recreational ninja program. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Win City Ninjas, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including ninja warrior. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

Win City Ninjas is an all inclusive space committed to meeting each child where their at and providing a fun and safe environment for all. There is zero tolerance for destructive behavior or bullying of any kind. To maintain a positive environment any participants engaging in destructive, abusive, unsafe, or threatening behavior (physical or verbal) towards staff, participants or equipment will be given a warning and/or temporary sit-out. If the behavior persists parents will be contacted for immediate pick up without refund.
