Media Consent
As a resident of Seeds of Renewal, I understand that I may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during community activities, events, or daily life in the home.
- I give Seeds of Renewal permission to take and use photos, videos, and audio recordings of me (collectively referred to as “Media”) for non-commercial purposes including but not limited to social media, grant reporting, outreach, promotional materials, or community storytelling.
- I agree that Seeds of Renewal may use my image, voice, name, and likeness without compensation and without the need for additional approval.
- I understand that all rights to the Media belong to Seeds of Renewal and that the organization may choose whether or not to use the Media.
- I release Seeds of Renewal, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any claims related to the use of Media.
- If I do not want to be photographed or recorded, I understand that I can notify staff in writing and they will do their best to honor that request.
Community Behavior Agreement
Seeds of Renewal is a shared living space rooted in compassion, accountability, and recovery. To maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, I agree to the following:
- I will treat all residents, staff, and visitors with dignity, respect, and kindness.
- I will not engage in physical violence, threats, harassment, or verbal abuse.
- I will not use, possess, or distribute illegal drugs or alcohol on the property.
- I will not bring weapons or participate in any criminal activity while in the home.
- I will follow all house rules, including curfews, cleanliness standards, and shared responsibilities.
- I will participate in any safety or wellness meetings as requested.
- I will communicate honestly and respectfully if conflicts arise and will engage in any required conflict resolution processes.
I understand that violating these expectations may result in a warning, behavioral agreement, or loss of residency depending on the situation. Seeds of Renewal staff will strive to address issues with fairness and compassion, but community safety is a top priority.
