Help us Develop Psychological Health and Safety Resources Logo
  • Help us Develop Psychological Health and Safety Resources

  • We’re gathering input from Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee (JOHSC) members across B.C. healthcare worksites. We want to better understand what Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) resources and tools are currently used by JOHSC members, what’s missing, and what would be most helpful going forward.

This questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Your honest and open feedback is important to us. Your responses to this questionnaire are completely confidential and will be used solely for information gathering purposes to support SWITCH BC project work. Your individual responses will not be identifiable, and data will be reported in aggregate form only. We will not collect any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide your email to participate in follow-up activities. If you have any questions or concerns about confidentiality, please contact PHS@switchbc.ca

This questionnaire is supported by SWITCH BC partners: healthcare unions, employers, Doctors of BC, SafeCare BC, and WorkSafeBC. For more information on SWITCH BC, please visit SWITCHBC.ca
